Elaine Houle

Elaine began her journey as a dental assistant in 1996, transitioning within two years into front-desk operations. Over 25 years, she’s worked in more than 25 dental practices managing chairs, training teams, overseeing insurance, and optimizing billing and collections. Her deep, hands-on experience led her to co-create a paperless startup practice, preparing her to build Dentist Advisor Group with a mission to help dentists close gaps schools don’t address.

Serving a diverse client base across Texas, Elaine communicates effectively in both Spanish and Portuguese, making sure every dentist can learn and lead in the language they feel most comfortable with.

Elaine is renowned for her ability to identify embezzlement risk and improve front-desk productivity.
